Support for women who are ready to heal, grow and rise.

Gentle guidance for a stronger you.

B.L.O.O.M by SMA is a sanctuary for women seeking clarity, healing and connection. Founded by Shima, who is currently studying towards her Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, B.L.O.O.M exists to support women through life’s challenges, whether emotional, spiritual or relational.

At B.L.O.O.M, therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. It's a journey back to your true self, with space to feel seen, heard and held. Through walking groups, counselling and tailored support, Shima walks alongside you with empathy, kindness and trust, rooted in the values of her faith.

B.L.O.O.M stands for:

Believe in your worth

B

Love yourself wholly

L

Motivate your healing and yourself

M

You're not broken. You're blooming.

Meet Shima

Founder and heart behind B.L.O.O.M Shima is currently training to be a qualified counsellor, a woman of deep faith and someone who believes that healing happens when you’re met with kindness, not judgment. The journey began when Shima faced one of the most difficult seasons of her life. Through her own healing process, she discovered a deep passion for helping women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness and other mental health challenges.

Life often throws unexpected curve balls and we’re rarely prepared for the emotional weight they carry; and no one should have to face those moments alone. Shima understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed and disconnected, and she believes in the power of compassion, connection and support.

Her mission is to help women rediscover the love they may have lost for themselves and find peace within. B.L.O.O.M was created to offer guidance, healing and hope; because every woman deserves to be seen, supported and empowered.

Her calm presence combines professional expertise with personal understanding, meeting women where they are and helping them navigate where they want to be.

Shima doesn’t believe in fixing people, she believes in walking beside them as they reclaim their strength. Her approach is rooted in empathy, faith, and feminine resilience.

  • “I created this group for women facing battles with anxiety and depression. Working through my own trauma, I discovered how important it is to have a safe supportive space where we can share, heal and grow together. During my own journey, I discovered the power of connection and movement and I wanted to create a space where women could experience both. B.L.O.O.M is designed for women between the ages of 25 and 45 who may be struggling with their own mental health challenges or simply looking for a way to connect with others in a meaningful way.

B.L.O.O.M is unique due to its combination of physical activity and emotional support. Personally, as I work towards completing my Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, I bring my knowledge and passion for mental health to B.L.O.O.M, offering a safe and understanding environment for women to express themselves while walking at their own pace. Moving together provides the opportunity to not only improve physical health but to also build connections, share experiences and find strength in community. It’s not just about exercise, it’s about creating a space where women can support each other, find peace and know that they are never alone in their struggles.”

  • I attended a walk today organised by Shima, an intelligent and lovely lady. We were accompanied by a few others, where we shared our stories and situations. As we got to know each other, we realised everyone is going through some sort of challenge and difficulty in their lives. It was a safe space where we felt heard and not judged. I really appreciate the effort by the organiser and for initiating the wonderful day out. The weather was definitely on our side. Many thanks P.s look forward to future events.
